There is no catch. We own the machine, cover the installation, and purchase the product. Residents buy from the machine directly, and that is what sustains the program. Your facility never pays anything, never fronts money, and is never billed.
What does our staff actually have to do?
Almost nothing. We handle the machine, the product, the refunds, the compliance, and the upkeep. Your only role is providing a small amount of floor space. We built the service specifically so your team is never pulled away from care.
Is this licensed and compliant?
Yes. We hold the required tobacco and OTP vending licensing in the states where we operate and manage all compliance, tax, and reporting ourselves. Your facility takes on no regulatory burden.
What happens if a resident's purchase does not dispense?
The machine detects it and issues a refund automatically — with no staff involvement. If a product is ever defective, the resident is made whole through a simple, contactless process that we manage on our end.
